QC NARRATIVE(S) <br />Subject: General Comments: <br />Geofon crew arrived on site at approximately 0745. We met at the badge <br />building (108) and obtained our badges. We then proceeded to meet with Dan <br />Valentine(COE representative) at the COR office. We conducted a brief schedule <br />discussion. I reminded Dan that we needed to have the fuel pumped out of the <br />AST prior to our using it. Dan stated that he would make sure that this was <br />accomplished prior to our using it. Once our meeting was over with I asked Dan <br />if he would not mind accompanying us to the Tracy Depot. I needed to get the <br />signature from Larry Tatman. We left Dan's office at approximately 1000 hrs. <br />Geofon reps. went back to building 108 to obtain a camera pass. I was told <br />that we needed to obtain written permission from a COR representative. <br />Jose left the site to pick up fencing and barricades from the Geofon yard. I <br />went to the Tracy Depot COR office and met with Dan at approximately 1120 hrs. <br />We met with Mr. Paul Gurrero, then proceeded to make contact with Mr. Maurice <br />Benson. We briefly discussed the schedule of events. Our next order of <br />business was to make contact with Mr Larry Tatman. I obtained a the necessary <br />signature for the County Permit. After our brief visit with Mr. Tatman we <br />stopped at Mr. Dan Beevers office. I explained to him the schedule and <br />discussed future events for this project. I told all of those concerned that I <br />would have a tentative schedule sent to each of their e-mails by tomorrow <br />morning. <br />I left the Tracy base at approx. 1215hrs and headed to the County. I met with <br />Ms. Allison Youngblood at approx. 1400 hrs. Ms. Youngblood stated that the <br />permit (if properly submitted) would be ready sometime this week. I told Ms. <br />Young blood that we would probably be pulling the UST towards the end of this <br />month. I also stated that I would give her proper notification. I went back to <br />the site to mark out the pad location. <br />A schedule was e-mailed to all those concerned with this project. <br />Subject: Safety Inspections/Meetings: <br />a safety meering discussing the general safety procedures to be followed on <br />this project were discussed. Safety around equipment was discussed. Safety <br />while working with the concrete cutting saw was reviewed. We also discussed " <br />safety practices utilized while working around concrete. Proper demarcation of <br />the work area was also a topic of discussion. <br />Subject: Verbal Instructions given by Government: <br />I was asked by Dan Valentine (COR Rep) to get to him a schedule by the 17th. <br />3.
