WEATHER <br />Geofon Inc. <br />_ <br />SUPERVISOR <br />No Weather Reported <br />2. QC NARRATIVE(S) <br />Subject: General Comments: <br />Geofon crew arrived on site at 0745. Continued grading the pad area. A <br />vibra-plate was rented from Hertz and used to compact the soil. Bob with <br />Nunes Heavy equipment Services arrived on site at 0830. Dan Beevers was also <br />on site. A general discussion on where the AST will be placed took place. Bob <br />will be bringing a 50 ton crane to lift the AST and place it on the low bed. <br />Bob needed to view the site prior to making crane arrangements. Bob, Dan and I <br />went to the AST location to see what needs to be moved to make the lift a safe <br />one. There were some items near the AST that need to be moved. Dan stated <br />that he would look into making sure that the necessary items are moved and he <br />also stated that he would look into making sure that the liquids are removed <br />from the AST. Once the work area was compacted and demarcated the Geofon crew <br />'left the site. Concrete forming and placement will commence tomorrow morning. <br />Subject: Safety Inspections/Meetings: <br />Traffic control measures and demarca-tion of work areas were discussed. Slips, <br />trips and falls were also reviewed. <br />4. PREP/INITIAL INSPECTIONS <br />Initial Inspection was held today for PLACEMENT OF CONCRETE PAD. <br />8.
