Is this correct? <br />3) Section IV, part 1 does not list the leak sensor model. <br />4) Section V, part 1 has the piping secondary containment checked as "dry." This system is "under vacuum." <br />5) Section V, part 1 has incorrect leak sensor model numbers. <br />6) Section V, part 2 does not list the line leak detectors. <br />7) Section V, part 4 has pipe integrity testing checked. All boxes can be unchecked. <br />8) Section VI, has incorrect leak sensor model numbers. <br />9) Section VII, part 2 does not need to be checked. This site is constantly monitored and this testing is not <br />required. <br />10) Section X, lists "Overfill Prevention is Ball Float set at 95% tank capacity." During the Monitoring System <br />Certification testing Affordatest verified that the site has "Overfill Prevention is audio/visual external alarm set at <br />90% of tank capacity." <br />In addition, the UST response plan must be submitted.
