The <br />permit was issued on 5q6r2.009 and the 87 liquid sensor was replaced by Central petroleum on 6/l/2009. The <br />9 1 product line smart sensor was foe an unknown reason not included on the same permit application. The <br />updated permit application was applied for and the 91 sensor will be repaired on 6/4/2009. <br />#24,25,26 <br />The annual testing was requested by us on two occasions but not done by the contractor. We have changed our <br />testing contractor to Afford A Test. Afford A Test will conduct all tests at this station from now on. They have <br />been directed to perforn? all,tests automatically on or before their due date. This will eliminate any chance that <br />we ever fall behind on any testing at this station.
