I was onsite with the testing technicians <br />from 12:30 to 6:30 pm. This time will be billed to your facility since this is our second inspection at the site this <br />year and the testing was conducted several months late. <br />Two liquid sensors failed during the testing and need to be repaired/replaced. A permit application for this work <br />must come into my office within one business day. <br />The 91 fill sump contained three gallons of liquid and the liquid sensor was not placed at the lowest point in the <br />sump. The tech removed the liquid and placed it in the site HW drum. This sump may require repair.
