RE: 2575 Country Club Blvd US" ispection report for 5-19-09 Pagel of 2
0 40
From: David Hinds [dhinds@cafuelsupply.com]
Sent: Wednesday, May 20, 2009 9:11 PM
To: Garrett Backus [EH]
Cc: Marie Jordan; Dave Hoover
Subject: RE: 2575 Country Club Blvd UST inspection report for 5-19-09
Garrett,
I was out at the station today to follow up and read your report. I will arrange with Central Petroleum to go out and make the
repairs. They will of course get the required permit.
I now have the site map from MVP with all the sensors listed so I can finish the monitoring plan and get it to you along with
the Forms A and B.
Thanks
Dave Hinds
CA Fuel Supply
(925) 989-8223
-----Original Message -----
From: Garrett Backus [EH] [mailto:gbackus@sjcehd.com]
Sent: Wed 5/20/2009 10:41 AM
To: David Hinds
Subject: 2575 Country Club Blvd UST inspection report for 5-19-09
Hi Dave,
I am sending you the UST inspection report for yesterday's inspection.
I was onsite with the testing technicians from 12:30 to 6:30 pm. This
time will be billed to your facility since this is our second inspection
at the site this year and the testing was conducted several months late.
Two liquid sensors failed during the testing and need to be
repaired/replaced. A permit application for this work must come into my
office within one business day.
The 91 fill sump contained three gallons of liquid and the liquid sensor
was not placed at the lowest point in the sump. The tech removed the
liquid and placed it in the site HW drum. This sump may require repair.
If components are added or replaced, a permit from this dept is
required.
Thx,
Garrett Backus, REHS
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
600 E.
