AWL AWL <br />y+ <br />Return to compliance. <br />104, 106, 107, 202, <br />I have been told by Stantec that on their P attempt the annual paperwork submitted on <br />SERS was accepted. We received notice that it was accepted on 10/7. <br />201 Maintenace and monitoring Records. <br />I found the pwork order for maintenance person Jon Wolf to address the L1-87 Sensor. <br />He said there was a broken sprinkler head that flooded over the sump cover. He removed <br />the water, tightened the cover and fixed the sprinkler head. I can't locate any documents <br />to address the L-22. I do not know if it was a phantom alarm or not. <br />The alarm log has been updated <br />204 <br />I have counseled our Designated operator to always note every alarm, every time. Also <br />to document any and all repairs making sure the paperwork is in its proper place and to <br />report all alarms to the headquarters office via telephone and e-mail <br />
