w <br />2636(a)(1) <br />(1) Vent or tank riser piping, provided the primary containment system is equipped with an <br />overfill prevention system meeting the requirements specified in sections 2635(b)(2)(B) <br />or (C) <br />8. All equipment installed be shall third party approved. Equipment submitted were not all <br />third party approved. i.e. spill containment, fill caps, fill pipe adaptors, etc... <br />9. Submit APT piping cut sheets. <br />10. Submit certification statement of training for equipment to be installed. <br />11. Provide a layout of vent piping, include type of piping. <br />12. Indicate the location audible/visual. <br />13. Specify where ball valves will be installed <br />14. Specify how long the piping run be will. (product/vent/return) <br />15. Resubmit F-3 in the plans specifying what will and will not be done. <br />16. "Top Hat" or lid for the sump may not be compatible with the existing sump.
