The listed factors need to be corrected before the permit can be approved: <br />1. Application form section 6(e)- A California permitted hazardous waste hauler needs to be D <br />listed. <br />2. Application form section 6(e) -A permitted disposal site needs to be listed <br />3. Application form section 6(e), 7(c), 10(a)- Provide all telephone numbers requested. <br />4. Application form section 7(a)- A method to purge and/or inert the piping needs to be stated p <br />5. Application form section 9 -Greater detail is needed to describe the soil sampling procedure. <br />The third party sampler needs to be stated. <br />6. Application form section 10-A Soil hazardous waste hauler needs to be stated <br />7. Overfill prevention must satisfy CCR, Title 23, Division 3, Chapter 16, 2635(b)(2) and <br />2636(a)(1). 6� <br />2635(b)(2) <br />(2) The overfill prevention system shall not allow for manual override and shall meet one of <br />the following requirements: <br />(A) Alert the transfer operator when the tank is 90 percent full by <br />restricting the flow into the tank or triggering an audible and visual <br />alarm; or <br />(B) Restrict delivery of flow to the tank at least 30 minutes before the tank <br />overfills, provided the restriction occurs when the tank is filled to no <br />more than 95 percent of capacity; and activate an audible alarm at <br />least five minutes before the tank overfills; or <br />(C) Provide positive shut -of of flow to the when the tank if filled to no <br />more thank 95 percent of capacity; or <br />(D) Provide positive shut-off of flow to the tank so that none of the fittings <br />located on the top of the tank are exposed to product due to overfilling <br />
