Metered Input: The load to be dropped into the underground tank shall be <br />monitored on site by a metered delivery truck. <br />C. BESPONSE PLAN <br />In the case of an alarm condition, the Engineer on Duty will immediately contact tm- <br />Chief Engineer and/or Supervising Engineer to report the condition. The respon <br />consists of determining the cause of the alarm, and initiate a cleanup if required. <br />In the event of an unauthorized release of product into the fill pipe catch basin, the fu <br />line catch basin, or the secondary container, the product shall be temporarily pump <br />into empty drums to be disposed of by an authorized hazardous waste hauler. <br />If liquid level varies more than 1% of the tank volume or 5 gallons, whichever is les' <br />between measurements, an unauthorized release shall be assumed to have occurr <br />and shall be reported to the local agency within 24 hours. <br />
