The sensor listed, Veeder-Root SINGLE-POINT, 794380-304 does not qualify.
-OPW 511 spill bucket listed on parts pages for both spill and remote fill, the equipment information
included lists the 700 series OPW spill bucket, please clarify which is being installed and provide UL, ULC
or approved third party certification.
-plans for removal of existing tank and piping or is it going to remain onsite? If so are the lines going to tie
in somehow?
Thank You
Michelle Henry, REHS
(209)953-7699
From: Dejan Ristic [mailto:dejanr@westernpump.com]
Sent: Thursday, December 20, 2007 7:45 AM
To: Michelle Henry [EH]
Subject: Lode Memorial Hospital Plan Check
Good morning, Michelle-
Can you please give us the status of the plan check?
