A valid, current UST Installation/Retrofitting certificate issued by the International <br /> Code Council (ICC). <br /> 6. Log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS), complete and <br /> submit a "UST Certification of Installation/Modification"form for the new sump <br /> penetrations. <br /> 7. All components must be certified by an independent testing organization and <br /> labeled as required by the organization (UL, ULC, ANSI, API, ASTM, etc.). See <br /> California Code of Regulations (CCR) Title 23, Chapter 16, Table B for a <br /> complete list. <br /> 8. Permit expires 180 days from the date of approval.
