Also noted below is a brief <br /> chronology on how we intend to proceed with the project. <br /> As you are aware Scott Co. has been contracted by ARCO Products Co. to enter <br /> and inspect one Supreme (1) 10000 gallon single wall fiberglass Owens Corning <br /> Tank. <br /> Upon approval of our permit package from San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> Health and Stockton Fire Department we will schedule an official date with the <br /> local agencies; our tentative date for entry is February 23, 1999. <br /> Prior to the entry date Scott Co. will remove the concrete over layment over the <br /> Supreme (92) tank and expose the complete tank top. The product line will be <br /> drained and the turbine pump removed prior to rinsing the tank. <br /> The tank will be pumped free of product by ARCO Products Co. Scott Co. will <br /> subcontract ECI Inc of Stockton to pump and rinse the tank the morning of the <br /> tank entry. <br /> It will be the responsibility of Containment Solutions to de-gas the tank and <br /> cut a 24"x24" hole for entry. Containment Solutions will follow strict confined <br /> space entry permit procedures while performing the tank entry. The tank <br /> preparation and entry procedures will be overseen by Scott Co. and a Certified <br /> Industrial Hygienist, as required by SJCEH. <br />
