*401 <br /> ARCO #2133 Stockton <br /> Tank Entry <br /> Containment Solutions will inspect the tank and report their findings to the local <br /> agencies upon exit of the tank. A formal report will be submitted at a later date. <br /> Scott Co. will provide a third party engineer to enter the tank once Containment <br /> Solutions completes their entry. This engineer will also provide any additional <br /> status report on the structural integrity and conditions of the Single Wall <br /> Fiberglass Underground Storage Tank. <br /> We have attached a resume for Keri M. Howell, P.E. who we will be using for <br /> third party engineering services. <br /> Containment Solutions will install striker plates under all tank openings and <br /> perform a 10 year warranty service on the tank, once the inspection work is <br /> complete. A manway will be installed at tank top were the entry hole was cut for <br /> any future access.
