HMSRMa*rketing Sales Release
May 15, 1997
MSR# 97-5-A
NEW!
LLD-300 Monitoring System
for Pressurized Lines
1.0 Purpose
This marketing sales release (MSR) announces the LLD-300, Veeder-Root's newest
line leak product. This stand alone unit can provide line leak detection for 3.0 GPH,
0.2 and/or 0.1 GPH for Red Jacket and FE Petro submersible pumps.
Benefits of the LLD-300 Monitor include:
• operates with or without a tank gauge
• provides a cost effective alternative to mechanical leak detectors
(complete 3.0 GPH LLD systems starting at $420.00/line)
• provides positive shut-down
• eliminates slow-flow problems
• allows electronic line leak sensors to be installed without any new wiring
2.0 Product Description
The LLD-300 Monitor connects directly to Veeder-Root's VVireless Pressurized Line
Leak Detection (VVPLLD) sensors for testing underground pressurized piping
systems. WPLLD saves both time and money because it communicates over
existing pump wires, eliminating the need to install new conduit and wiring. The
LLD-300 Monitor is ideal for sites that have an existing tank gauge which does not
support electronic line leak sensors or for sites with no tank gauge at all.
The LLD-300 features a user programmable keypad and LCD display. Both audible
and visual indicators alert a possible alarm condition. The 0.2 and/or 0.1 GPH
models feature an RS-232 port, which allows the user to communicate via computer
or modem, and maintain test history for 12 tests for viewing upon demand.
FVEEDER-ROOT
]EnvironmentW Products
