• 0 <br /> The designated operator failed to check and note the correct test date for the spill container <br /> test on the May 10,2012 designated operator monthly inspection report. The report <br /> indicates that the spill containers were tested on February 24,2012. The spill containers <br /> were tested on January 27,2012 and were not tested on February 24,2012. During the <br /> monthly inspection,the designated operator shall check that all required testing and <br /> maintenance for the UST system have been completed and document the dates they were <br /> done. Ensure that designated operators performing monthly inspections at this facility are <br /> including all of the required information on the reports. We have discussed the date issue with <br /> our assigned Designated Operator inspector who agreed that the date was listed incorrectly; <br /> corrections have been made to all inspections on site. <br /> It is our policy to address deficiencies, issues of concern, and/or agency requests regarding our retail <br /> facilities immediately. With the submittal of this letter, it is our understanding that the item(s) of alleged <br /> non-compliance has been resolved.
