I observed the new fill sump install (bottom half) and <br />noticed that the vapor recovery line passes by one of the fill sumps closer than the four inch setback specified in the Red <br />Thread IIA piping install instructions (page 4, see attached document). The piping is probably one quarter to one half <br />inch set back from the fill sump. Although the vapor recovery line is regulated by the air quality district and not the <br />CLIPA, I recommend that the piping be rerouted with the proper four inch minimum setback. <br />I did call James Black of LC services after leaving the site and reviewing the Red Thread instructions. He said they will <br />replumb the line.
