The permit has been approved with the following <br />REVISED conditions: <br />Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br />District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br />2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br />prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br />3. Contact Garrett Backus at (209) 468-2986 to arrange the following inspection <br />appointments (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). <br />a. Primary vent/vapor recovery piping test: One hour pneumatic pressure and soap <br />test. <br />b. Functionality of new liquid sensors: Functionality of the monitoring system must be <br />verified to ensure that monitoring has been restored to meet the requirements of Title <br />23 California Code of Regulations and the Health & Safety Code. If a cold start is <br />necessary, all sensors will be tested. Print an alarm history prior to the cold start and <br />provide a copy to the inspector. <br />c. Overfill prevention verification: Measurement of drop tubes to verify 95% tank volume <br />shut off. <br />d. Spill bucket test: Verify minimum 5 -gallon capacity and pass a one hour hydrostatic <br />test (or equivalent). Proper drainage must also be verified. <br />e. After backfill, secondary containment testing on the new fill sumps, existing tanks <br />and existing product piping. <br />f. After replacement of the dispenser island concrete, secondary containment testing <br />on the under dispenser containment and product piping. <br />
