6. Veeder-Root shall provide ARB, in writing, a monthly update of the activities <br />performed at the site(s): <br />7. This R&D test site approval will expire on March 1, 2008. <br />8. Unless an extension is granted by the end of R&D expiration date, Veeder-Root <br />shall remove all uncertified equipment within 60 days of the expiration date. The test <br />sites shall be brought into compliance with all applicable regulations in effect on the <br />date the uncertified equipment is removed.
