Permits to install the Veeder-Root Phase Il balance EVR system may be <br />required by the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District and the Sacramento <br />Metropolitan Air Quality Management District (Districts) or other local agencies. In <br />addition Veeder-Root shall comply with all district permit conditions including testing . <br />and maintenance. Veeder-Root shall provide the ARB and Districts with any special <br />procedures, equipment, or tools for conducting tests or maintenance specified in the <br />District permit. <br />2. The uncertified equipment that maybe installed is listed. below: <br />*Veeder-Root shall provide ARB with a written description of the pressure management system at least <br />10 days before installation. <br />W. If the above facilities are to be used as certification test sites, verification shall be <br />provided to demonstrate that the test site achieved a minimum throughput of <br />150,000 gallons of gasoline per month for six months preceding test site <br />designation. <br />4.
