This section is required to be completed by the site <br />owner or operator. <br />-The December 14, 2018 inspection report was not signed by the owner/operator. <br />During the visual inspection, the designated operator shall check that all required testing and maintenance for the <br />UST system have been completed and shall check all required items on the report. Ensure that visual inspection <br />reports include all of the required information on the reports. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />309 CCR 2636(f)(1) Monitoring in sump / UDC failed to activate an audible and visual alarm or stop the flow product. <br />The Bravo box float and chain in the UDC sumps for 3/4 east, 5/6 west, 9/10 center, 9/10 west, and 11/12 west <br />failed to stop the flow of product at the dispenser when tested. All monitoring equipment shall be maintained to <br />activate an audible and visual alarm or stop the flow of product at the dispenser when it detects a leak. The service <br />technician adjusted the floats and verified functionality. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />315 HSC 25291(e) Water in secondary containment not removed, analyzed, and properly disposed of (pre-Jul 2003). <br />Liquid was observed in the 87 STP sump, 91 STP sump, and diesel STP sump. If water could enter into the <br />secondary containment by precipitation or infiltration, it must be removed and disposed of properly. The service <br />technician removed the liquid from the sumps. Ensure that all sumps and annular spaces are maintained free of <br />liquid. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />319 CCR 2635, 2637.1, 2665, 2712 No spill bucket, failed to contain 5 gallons, no means to keep it empty, or failed to be <br />tested. <br />The 91 direct-bury spill container failed when tested. All spill containers shall have a minimum capacity of five <br />gallons and be capable of containing a spill or overfill until it is detected or cleaned up. Immediately discontinue <br />deposition of petroleum into this tank until the component is repaired or replaced by a properly licensed, trained, and <br />certified contractor under permit and inspection of the EHD. If the spill container can ’t be replaced immediately, <br />there is a possibility that the 91 UST system may be red tagged to prevent fuel inputs. <br />The 87 spill container failed to have a minimum capacity of five gallons. All spill containers shall have a minimum <br />capacity of five gallons.
