The most recent CERS submittal deleted two tanks and <br />altered the information for the third tank. Any change of information must be updated in CERS within 30 days of the <br />changes. The tank forms were corrected while on site. <br />This was corrected on site. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />105 CCR 2632(d)(1), 2634(d) Failed to have an approved UST monitoring plan. <br />The monitoring plan is not current and/or not approved by the EHD. The most recent CERS submittal deleted two <br />tanks and altered the information for the third tank. The monitoring plan must be uploaded to the California <br />Environmental Reporting System (CERS). The response <br />plan was corrected while on site. <br />This was corrected on site. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />118 CCR 2715(a)(1)(A), 2715(a)(2) Failure to submit the "Underground Storage Tank Statement of Understanding and <br />Compliance Form". <br />No Underground Storage Tank Statement of Understanding and Compliance form was uploaded to CERS.
