The Installation Checklist must be
returned within 30 days after date of installation, If the
Glasteel 11 tarlk hay not been installed within 90 days of
delivery from the manufacturer, it is required that the tank be
re -certified by the manufacturer, at the owner's expense, prior
to installation,
MAINTENANCE
10.0 Maintenance of Underground Storage Tanks
The primary tank should be inspected monthly for the
presence of water. Inspections should take place at the
lowest possible points inside the primary tank. Retttove
any water found. Water and sediment in fuel can cause
plugging of filters. Also, bacterial growth originating from
the fuel, can cause filters to plug and eorrasiou of tanks
and lines. A report by the U5 Department of Energy,
BNL 4.8406, provides information on methods to teat for
and remove water, test for bacterial presence in fuel, tank
cleaning and fuel additives. Failure to remove water from
the tank may void your warranty.
Corporate Office (270) "54400
Modern Welding Company of Owensboro, Inc (270) 683-5323
Modern Welding Company of Ohio, Inc (740) 344-9425
Modern Welding Company of Florida.
