The <br />permit has been approved with the following conditions. <br />Conditions of approval: <br />1. Contact the local fire department, local planning or building department and the San <br />Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for any applicable permits. <br />2. Any changes shall be submitted to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br />Department (EHD) for approval prior to commencing work. All new addenda supercede <br />the previous ones. <br />a. All components must be certified by an independent testing organization and <br />labeled as required by the organization. (UL, ULC, ANSI, API, ASTM, etc. See <br />California Code of Regulations (CCR), Title 23 Chapter 16'rable B for complete <br />list). The component must bear the appropriate mark as required by the <br />independent testing organization. Be sure that all equipment installed is <br />compatible. <br />3. Qualified service technicians must possess or work under the direct and personal <br />supervision of an individual physically present at the work site who possesses all of the <br />following: <br />a.
