The information on this <br /> monitoring program are conditions of the operating permit. The permit holder must notify an <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days of any changes to the <br /> monitoring procedures, unless required to obtain approval before making changes. Required <br /> by Sections 2632(k) and 2641(h) CCR. <br /> Facility Name: Ultramar Station #3513 <br /> Facility Address 401 W. Kettleman Lane, Lodi, California <br /> 1. Describe the frequency of performing the monitoring: <br /> Tank: Qgntinuous Monitoring <br /> Piping: Red Jacket leak detectors and sump sensors perform continuous monitoring on <br /> product lines. <br /> 2. What methods and equipment, identified by name and model, will be using for performing <br /> he monitoring: <br /> Tank: Qilbarco EMC monitors the annular sl2aces. <br /> Piping: R!gd Jacket leak detectors and Leak Algrt, <br /> 3. Describe the location (s) where the monitoring Will be performed (facility plot plan should <br /> e attached): <br /> Gilbarco EMM annular dace and smI2 sensors on tanks. Gilbargo EMC control panel <br /> in storage area. <br /> 4. List the name (s) and title (s) of the people responsible for performing the monitoring and/or <br /> maintaining the equipment: <br /> Kris Schatz:Station Manager Naveen Khanna• Area Manager Bill Moongy: <br /> District Manager <br /> 5. Reporting format for monitoring: <br /> Tank: Qill2grco EMC gives visual and audible warning. Manager records daily on <br /> inspection log. <br /> Piping: Gill2arco EMC gives visual and audible warnings. The Red Jack leak detector goes <br /> into slow flow. <br /> 6. Describe the preventative maintenance schedule for the monitoring equipment. Note.- <br /> maintenance must be In occordonce with the manufacturers'maintenance schedule but <br /> not less than every 72 months. <br /> Preventative maintenance on all equipment is in accordance with the <br /> manufacturers' instructions. All Droduct lines, leak detectors, and monitoring <br /> eguil2ment are tested on an annual basis. <br /> 7.
