Any changes shall be reported to the EHD within 30 days. Immediately log into the California <br /> Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov and upload the notification identifying all the <br /> designated operators for this facility. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 204 CCR 2712(1) Current monitoring plan approved by the EHD not found on site. <br /> An approved copy of the current monitoring plan was not available for inspection. A copy of these plans shall be <br /> accessible on site at all times. Immediately locate and retain a copy on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 206 HSC 25294, 25295 Failed to record or report unauthorized release in appropriate time frame. <br /> A small amount of diesel fuel was found in the#3/4 under dispenser containment sump and diesel turbine sump, <br /> indicating a leak in the primary containment system. Diesel fuel was observed to have leaked from the diesel fuel filter <br /> in dispenser#3/4. This release of diesel fuel was not recorded nor cleaned up yet. Any release from the primary <br /> containment that does not escape the secondary containment and was cleaned up within eight hours of being <br /> detected shall be recorded with the following information: <br /> 1. Operator's name and phone number <br /> 2. List of types, quantities, and concentrations of hazardous substances released <br /> 3. Description of actions taken to control and clean the release <br /> 4. Method and location of disposal of the released substances <br /> 5. Description of actions taken to repair and prevent future releases <br /> 6. Description of method used to reactivate interstitial monitoring after repair or replacement of primary <br /> containment <br /> Immediately record this release with the information required, and maintain it on site with the facility's monitoring <br /> records. Submit a copy of the recordable release statement to the EHD. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class ll. <br /> 306 CCR 2630(d) Monitoring equipment is not installed or maintained to detect a leak at the earliest opportunity. <br /> The 91 and 87 turbine sump sensor were laying on their side and not located to detect a leak at the earliest <br /> opportunity. Monitoring equipment shall be maintained to be able to detect a leak at the earliest possible opportunity. <br /> The sensor was relocated to the lowest point of the sump in an upright position by the service technician.
