Contact the local fire department, building department and San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution <br />Control District for applicable permits and requirements. <br />2. Any changes in information or scope of work must be submitted to EHD prior to <br />commencing work. <br />3. All piping and connections shall bear an UL label. <br />4. All piping must slope to a containment sump with an audible and visual alarm. <br />5. All equipment in contact with backfill must have corrosion protection. <br />6. If automatic pump shut down is provided it must satisfy 2636(g) of California Code of <br />Regulations (CCR). <br />7. Contact Steven C. Shih at (209) 468-9850 to arrange inspection appointments; 48-hour <br />notice for inspection appointments is required. Contact EHD for the following inspections: <br />I �7 (a) Soil Samples. The following information must be submitted within 30 days of the <br />sample date: <br />L) (i) Analytical results mailed directly from a California certified laboratory or this <br />office will not accept them. <br />(ii) See attached page 4 & 5 of the permit application for required analytical tests. <br />ul) Hazardous Wa t Manifest for piping, nsate, or residual fuel. <br />r7� (b)Pnmary piping, secoW y piping and piping66pe. <br />All +(c) Overfill prevention must satisfy CCR 2635(b)(2)(C). <br />(d) 24-hour lake test on UDCs, sumps. <br />(e) Spill bucket. <br />(f) Final inspection.
