A third party certified tank integrity test must be performed and results received <br />prior to scheduling the final inspection. <br />p �—(ii) A third party certified piping line tightness test must be performed and results prior <br />to scheduling the final inspection. <br />(iii) Submit form with signature. (Copy attached) <br />(iv) Submit an As -Built plan to EHD at the time of the final inspection. Note: A final <br />inspection will not be performed unless the as -built is submitted. <br />8. Secondary containment systems installed on or after January 1, 2001 shall be tested upon <br />installation, 6 months after installation, and every 36 months thereafter; result shall be <br />received by this office within 30 days of the completion of the test. <br />9. Permit expires within 90 days.
