The monitoring requirements for the piping system will not be satisfied by the <br />use of CSLD system for monitoring the underground storage tank connected to <br />that piping. <br />6. Tank owners must be furnished with a copy of this letter prior to installation of <br />the CSLD system. If there are any changes to the system hardware/software <br />during the third -party certification in order to meet the 0.2 gph leak detection <br />performance standards, Veeder-Root will upgrade/replace the systems installed <br />under the provisional authorization. <br />7.
