The operator is to report all audible or visual alarm conditions that may indicate a potential release to <br /> the ConocoPhillips Field Representative,as well as the responsible party for maintenance listed under#5. In the event of a test failure,the specific piece(s)of equipment are taken out of service <br /> and proper reporting procedures followed. State the Preventative Maintenance Schedule for the Monitoring Equipment: <br /> The electronic monitoring system is certified annually to be functioning per manufacturer instructions by a properly trained and certified third-parry contractor. Repairs are made by the <br /> responsible party listed under#5 upon notification by the station operator. The station operator is responsible for maintaining copies of testing results and repair records on site and available for <br /> agency inspectors. The 3rd-party testing requirements and frequencies for the tank system are summarized below. <br /> Contractor UST System Testing Requirements/Frequency <br /> Contractor testing of the primary tank is not required. Mechanical leak detector(s)tested annually. <br /> The tank secondary containment is tested per manufacturer's specifcations every 3 years in Contractor testing of the primary piping is not required. <br /> accordance with CCR Title 23 Section 2637. <br /> Fuel spill buckets require annual testing. Describe the Training Needed for the Operation of Both the Tank System and the Monitoring Equipment: <br /> The operator has been trained to check the tank system and/or monitor daily for proper operation.Training topics include performing daily/monthly inventory reconciliation,inspection of the <br /> monitoring system to ensure it is operating properly and not in alarm,periodic inspection of under-dispenser for leaks,inspection of fill and vapor spill buckets,inspection of hoses,nozzles,and <br /> other ancillary tank system equipment. Summary of Site Operator Requirements: <br /> Tanks monitored using an Automatic Tank Gauge(ATG)must have a passing test result each month. Records of the passing test result are to be maintained by the operator for a minimum of 3 <br /> years or longer as required by the local agency. Report all non-inventory alarms to the specified maintenance company and maintain a record of alarms and repair work. For pipes monitored <br /> electronically,the site operator is to call the specified maintenance company to report monitoring alarms and maintain a record of all monitoring alarms and repairs. For double wall tanks <br /> monitored by interstitial probes,the monitoring equipment must be continously operational with probes in place. Report all non-inventory monitoring alarms to the specified maintenance company <br /> and keep a record of alarms and repair work performed.
