Training may <br />include: <br />A. Confined space entry <br />B. Supplied air respiratory equipment <br />C. Other: <br />D. Other: <br />Training required for this project are hi-lited. All subcontractor personnel are required to <br />complete the same training and attend all safety meetings. <br />®:3.41111 "16 <br />All personnel must participate in a medical surveillance program If exposed at or above <br />the exposure limits of any hazardous material 30 or more days per year. Because we do <br />not expect to meet or exceed this limit, no program has yet been established. <br />However, physical examinations must have been successfully completed in accordance <br />with K.E.
