Please note that it is your responsibility as the discharger to protect and notify consumers <br />of potential water quality issues related to this release. <br />We also requested that you perform a tank system tightness test and visually inspect all <br />underground storage tank (UST) sumps, dispenser connections, and other appurtenances <br />to determine if your UST system is currently leaking. "lease contact this office to schedule <br />an inspection. <br />We request that all required work be performed in a prompt and timely manner under the direct <br />supervision (witnessed) of PHS/EHD staff. We have proposed a schedule for the submittal of <br />the SWI Report and the CAP.
