The 87 line leak detector failed to detect a leak when tested. All line leak detectors shall be <br />capable of detecting a 3 -gallon per hour leak at 10 psi. The service technician adjusted the leak <br />detector, retested it, and it passed. <br />Submit to SJC EHD within 30 days (02/13/12)- <br />1. one copy of the completed "Return to Compliance Certification" form <br />2. a written corrective action statement for each of the above violations <br />3. requested or supporting documentation. ie. Designated Operator's employee training record <br />Notes: <br />- Received financial responsibility documents (Letter from Chief Financial Officer & Certification of <br />Financial Responsibility) <br />- Provided free training schedule. Recommended courses: Hazardous waste & Universal waste <br />management, UST system for operators/ owners.
