The OPW 634TT is designed to mate with the 633T and other similar top seal adaptors. Heavy duty and corrosion resistant. the body is made of Duratuffl to help eliminate rust and oxidation for a long, maintenance free life. The toggle lever distributes down- ward pressure to compress its buna-N gasket evenly, assuring a positive, uni- form, leakproof seal. The 634TT can be locked with a padlock or wire seal. A small button sticks out of the top/center of the toggle lever, and may be manually pushed open prior to removal of the cap. If any pressure buildup occurs in the drop tube, bleed -off is possible before removing the cap. The safety feature of the pressure relief valve in the 634TTP alerts a delivery driver to possible pressure buildup in the drop tube. If pressure buildup has occurred a slower bleed off through the valve, in the stem, is possi- ble. Additionally, the driver should noti- fy the customer, or the company's maintenance department to investigate the.problem and perform corrective action. It is important to note, the pressure relief valve will simply allow pressure to be detected and relieved more slowly and safely than if the cap was removed without actuating the valve. It will not release any more vapors than would be released by removing the cap normally.
