j-ri T <br />♦ . • ' <br />The FRP attached manway riser can provide a sealed catch basin to exclude <br />groundwater from the service fittings and to catch product leaking into the primary <br />piping system. Specify attachment to either 22" or 30" I.D. tank manway. All risers <br />allow removal of the tank manway cover. System I has a 22" I.D. friction fit cover at <br />the top of the riser (32" I.D. friction fit cover supplied upon request). System II has a <br />22" I.D. water tight bolt on cover at the top of riser. The ladders <br />are attached at the tank bottom by FRP mounts and restrained at the top by an <br />FRP bracket to allow the ladder to float freely to compensate for tank expansion or <br />contraction. Manways and ladders are sold separately. <br />jLERXES <br />CORPORATION <br />M Helical Heating Coils <br />For viscous products (such as #6 heating oil) helical heating coils are available. <br />Attached to a heavy duty epoxy painted carbon steel 22" I.D. manway cover, the <br />11/4' schedule 40 carbon steel heating coil is installed to leave 9" clearance from <br />the bottom of the tank. Suction and return couplings can be installed in the manway <br />lid. (Not included with heating coil.) Coil area for heat purposes is 20.6 sq. ft.
