I am submitting the attached statement from Mike Flores of Stockton Service Station Equipment Co. <br />Inc. It states that we do not have to have our System tested because it is not a pressurized line. <br />The purpose of this letter is to check if this is the right assessment of our system, and if not, we would like <br />to have a Iittle time to get our requirement met.
