Their name and extension from which they are <br />calling. <br />- `2. The location and nature of the emergency. <br />3. The type of emergency, (i.e., spill, fire, etc.) <br />4. The type and quantity of material involved. <br />The Switchboard Operator will notify the Hazardous Materials <br />Coordinator, other Department Heads and Administrative personnel <br />for activation of the Emergency Release Response Plan. <br />In the event of a fire, explosion or facility -wide evacuation, <br />refer to the "Fire -Safety and Disaster Preparedness Manual". <br />hazmatem <br />
