RED THREAD'a IIA fiberglass product pip- ing in 2", 3" and 4" diameters and 3", 4" and 5" containment pipe carry the UL label for conveying petroleum products, alcohols and alcohol - gasoline mixtures underground. These products are ULC Listed for conveying petroleum products, ethanol, and gasoline ethanol mixtures. These quality assurance procedures exceed the minimum test require- ments of Underwriters Laboratories. All UL/ULC Listed RED THREAD IIA pipe is hydrostatically tested at inspection rates exceeding 48 per- cent. molded product fittings are 100 percent hydrostatically tested U.S. Patent 4,805.34.3 per UL/ULC requirements, and secondary containment Fittings are tested in accordance with standards approved by UL/ULC. Telescoping Inspection Contain- ment - Smith Fiberglass Products offers the only 100 percent' inspec- table double-wall fiberglass pipe system. The system provides assur- ance of a leak -free product system before the containment is closed and tested. And, it allows access to the primary piping after the installation is completed. Easy -to -Install Containment Fittings - Female threaded inserts are factory installed in one-half of the two-piece containment fitting. Companion bolts are shipped with each fitting.
