With regard to pipeline <br /> leak detection, both Quik Stop stores have "red jackets" on the pipelines. <br /> Pursuant to my conversation with Ms. Eleanor Ratliff, the vadoze zone wells do not have <br /> be destroyed because they are in backfill, rather than native soil. Secure watertight <br /> caps will be kept on these wells. <br /> We are requesting that the tank permits currently on file in your office, be modified as <br /> described for these two locations.
