Reference FONECON with Mr. Harlin Knoll, San Joaquin County Health <br />Department, 16 February 1989, subject as above. <br />2. Mr. Knoll stated that San Joaquin County is aware of inventory <br />reconciliation problems caused by uneven tanks and is not cancelling permits <br />solely for that reason. Mr. Knoll recommended that the variations continue to <br />be reported on the quarterly summary sheet provided to the County. <br />3. Copies of the most recent tank test results were forwarded to the County <br />Health Department and Stockton AASF on 23 January 1989. <br />4. Environmental Section does not contract for meter calibration on the pumps <br />and therefore does not receive the requested certificate. Suggest the <br />Contracting Officer Representatives for the project be contacted to determine <br />where the certificate was sent. <br />S.
