Probes for the FD|O2Fluid
Detection System are placed in
individual underground wells
surrounding the buried petroleum
tanks. The compact size o[the
probes makes them economical
toinstall, and they require no
calibration.
Probes are preset noignore
small residual layers qfpetroleum
less than A -inch which indicate a
presence, but not aleak. Anamount of
hydrocarbons will quickly
accumulate tothis depth.
The sensor floats otthe
oi|/vvatwrinterface level. It maintains
interface even with various ground
water fluctuation.
Electrical connections are
accomplished atajunction box
a%the wellhead.
Each probe features a
push'tq-testbutton and three LEDs
for indicating underground status.
Red for hydrocarbons.
