This <br />includes, but is not limited to, settling of tanks, over filling of tanks, <br />fuel spills not associated with the system, rust detection, and pump failure. <br />10. The lists of local agencies and Regional Water Quality Control Boards are <br />in Enclosures 2 and 3. However, the local agency listed is subject to change <br />as cities and counties adopt or modify local ordinances on underground tanks <br />and hazardous substance storage. Contact with the local agency should be made <br />immediately to establish requirements for leak reporting, record keeping <br />requirements, and local policy on underground tanks. <br />11.
