A, <br />B. All excavated material will be placed on visqueen and visually monitored for <br />fugitive dust (if applicable). <br />8. Emergency Response Plan <br />A. In case of accident, employee's first response shall be to call 911, if <br />emergency situation dictates. <br />B. Spill Containment <br />A. Proper and adequate materials needed for spill containment will be retained on <br />the job site. <br />10. Communication Procedure <br />A. Prior to the commencement of work, a safety meeting will be held with all <br />employees to discuss hazardous materials present, PPE, monitoring equipment <br />and safety procedures. <br />B. Additional safety meetings will be held weekly, to discuss any new conditions <br />and/or worker concerns <br />C. Written record will be kept of safety meetings. <br />
