Soil <br />samples collected shall be representative of native soils beneath the tank's <br />invert [tank's bottom] at a collection depth not be exceed 2 - 4 feet. If contamination <br />is documented during closure an Unauthorized Release notification must be filled out and <br />submitted to SJLHD within 5 days.
