A valid, current UST Installation/Retrofitting certificate issued by the International Code Council (ICC), and <br />c. A valid, current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s) of the component(s) being installed. <br />8. The tank owner or operator shall log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/ and ensure that all UST information is current. <br />9. A "UST Certification of Installation/Modification" form shall be submitted by the owner or the owner's agent [CCR, <br />section 2635(d)] to the EHD or log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) and upload the <br />form before this secondary containment upgrade will not be considered complete by the EHD. <br />10. All components must be certified by an independent testing organization and labeled as required by the <br />organization (UL, ULC, ANSI, API, ASTM, etc.). See California Code of Regulations (CCR) Title 23, Chapter 16, <br />Table B for a complete list. <br />11. Permit expires 180 days from the date of approval.
