The 87 product STP sump 208 sensor was tiled approximately 1-2 inches off the lowest point of the sump and not located to detect a leak at the earliest opportunity. Monitoring equipment shall be maintained to be able to detect a leak at the earliest possible opportunity. The sensor was relocated to the lowest point of the sump by the service technician. The site has flexible primary piping and completely sealed test boots were observed in the 87 product and 91 product in all UDCs.Any potential release from the primary containment into the secondary containment in the 87 product and 91 product piping does not flow into a UDC collection sump to detect a leak at the earliest opportunity. Immediately contact a properly licensed,trained, and certified contractor to ensure that any releases in the 87 product and 91 product piping flows into the nearest sump for a leak to be detected at the earliest possible opportunity. Ensure that all monitoring equipment is maintained to detect a leak at the earliest opportunity. This is a repeat violation, Class ll.
