Weber Avenue, Third Floor <br />Stockton, CA 95202-2708 <br />RE: NELLA Oil Company facility # 427 — 3300 Waterloo Road Stockton, CA 95205 <br />Dear Mr. Shih: <br />Enclosed per your inspection report are the financial responsibility forms for the above- <br />mentioned station. <br />The regular tank spill container and under dispenser containment at dispenser # 3/4 have <br />been cleaned and all of the water has been removed. <br />I have contracted Elite IV to repair the shear valve and ball float chain to ensure proper <br />operation under dispenser #1/2. They will also be replacing the regular line leak detector. <br />The sensors in the turbine sump have been moved so that they are at the lowest point. <br />This was done by Afforda-Test the day of the monitoring system certification. They also <br />conducted a tightness test on the product lines and will be submitting the results directly <br />to your office. <br />The 55 -gallon drum located inside the garage has been properly labeled. <br />Walton Engineering completed the secondary containment testing on May 14, 2002. <br />Results of the testing were submitted to your office.
