0 <br />s <br />This site Safety and Health Plan addresses the safety and health procedures that will be followed <br />during field operations for the Tank Removal at the ,Che y r located at 4400 Wa er w Road <br />Stop on. CA Specifically, the SSHP addresses activities pertaining to the removal & installation <br />only and no remediation activities at this time. <br />Approximately_, held workers, will be involved in the site work activities which are scheduled to <br />last approximately -a weeks. <br />This SSHP is comprised of the following elements: <br />1. Key Personnel <br />2. Hazard Analysis <br />3. Personal Protective Equipment <br />4.Medical Surveillance Plan <br />5. Site Control Measures <br />6.Emergency Procedures <br />7. Documentation <br />Each of these elements are discussed in detail blow. <br />I'm <br />Mr. Ken Wendt is the Project Manager (PM), Mr. Don Gilmer is the site health and Safety <br />Officer. <br />The site safety officer has completed 40 hrs of comprehensive health and safely training which <br />meets the requirements of title 29 Code of Federal Regulations Part 1910.120. The project <br />manager and other site workers have met the requirements of this regulation under Part 9 <br />Equivalent Training and will receive site specific training before entry to site. <br />
