Based on the results of the laboratory analysis,approximately 72 cubic yards(108 tons)of soil <br /> were transported by ECI on September 9, 2001 to Forward Landfill, a Class H facility located in <br /> Manteca, California for disposal. Copies of the non-hazardous soil transport manifests are <br /> included in Appendix E. <br /> 4.0 Conclusions <br /> Based on the field observations and laboratory analytical data presented in this report,IT <br /> concludes the following: <br /> • On October 3 2001 the 4,000-gallon UST was removed from the site. <br /> > g <br /> No soil staining or petroleum hydrocarbon odors were observed in the sidewalls or <br /> fill material during tank removal activities. <br /> • Groundwater was not encountered during excavation activities. <br /> No laboratory analytes were reported in the soil samples collected from the tank <br /> excavation.
