(Shaw) is pleased to present this letter report detailing disposal of <br />approximately 40 feet of removed fuel piping from the above-mentioned AT&T facility. <br />AT&T's construction management contractor, Roebbelen Construction, had subcontracted <br />Gettler-Ryan, Inc. (Gettler) to perform replacement of the piping leading from a diesel <br />underground storage tank to a standby generator. As part of the upgrade activities, Gettler had <br />removed approximately 40 feet of piping. At the request of AT&T, Shaw coordinated the <br />proper disposal of the removed piping. A copy of the permit and application is included in <br />Attachment 1. <br />On June 23, 2011, Ecology Control Industries transported the drummed piping to their facility in <br />Richmond, California for disposal under hazardous waste manifest number 002135854 JJK.
